At Phoenix Wellness Center, we are passionate about providing affordable, high-quality counseling services to our community. We believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone — not just those who can afford to pay out-of-pocket. That’s why we remain an insurance-based practice, despite the challenges this brings, because we are deeply committed to ensuring that cost is not a barrier to care.
We are looking for compassionate, skilled, and dedicated clinicians who share our commitment to affordable, accessible, and affirming care — clinicians who want to grow with us and serve clients in a supportive, collaborative environment where both personal and professional growth are prioritized
Our Values in Employment

Compensation Philosophy
Compensation at Phoenix Wellness Center reflects our deep investment in providing clinicians with a highly supportive, team-oriented work environment. While our pay may be lower than some fully independent practices, we offer significant value through:
- Full administrative support — no need to handle billing, marketing, or insurance claims.
- A beautiful, self-contained office space designed specifically for therapy, offering comfort and privacy for both clients and clinicians.
- Regular, high-quality supervision — including both individual and group supervision — led by experienced LPC supervisors.
- A collaborative, team-based environment where you are supported at every stage of your professional journey.
- A culture that prioritizes both client care and clinician well-being.
Our goal is to create a workplace where clinicians can grow, collaborate, and thrive professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance — even if that means slightly lower pay in exchange for greater daily support and lower stress.
A Supportive, Comfortable Workplace
- Our clinicians work in a beautiful, comfortable office space designed with both staff and clients in mind.
- Our office is self-contained, meaning we do not share space with unrelated businesses. This allows us to maintain a comfortable, private, and professional environment where everyone feels at ease.
- We offer gender-neutral bathrooms to respect the needs of all clients, along with separate restrooms for staff and clients to enhance comfort and privacy.
- Therapy dogs on site, to give you love between sessions.
- Our administrative team handles all marketing, scheduling, and billing, so clinicians can focus entirely on what they do best — providing excellent care to their clients.
Clinical Supervision and Professional Growth
At Phoenix Wellness Center, we believe that supporting our clinicians’ growth is an ongoing process.
- We provide regular group supervision and individual supervision to ensure that all clinicians — from interns to fully licensed professionals — have the support they need to grow and thrive.
- All of our supervisors are Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs), which means we are best suited to supervise LPC candidates.
- We are committed to nurturing clinicians through every stage of their professional journey, from internship through independent licensure and beyond.
